Gavin Stewart

Gavin is Black Light's founder and managing director and in the main runs the company. He brings a love of the theatre and a dedication to exceptional customer service to the job. He particularly enjoys working on installations but finds that most of his time is spent driving the company's growth and development.

Gavin started his dramatic career at school and with the Edinburgh University Theatre Company. While there Gavin helped set up "black vinyl disco" and, from these small beginnings, Gavin developed the company that is, today, Black Light.
