We are proud to have been one of the co-sponsors of the recent ‘Help for Heroes’ Ball at the Inchyra Grange Hotel in Falkirk.
The event raised £42,533 for the charity that helps wounded Servicemen and women. It was a fun-packed evening for which we provided full technical support. We also set up all the light, sound and AV equipment.
"Without exception the feedback we have received has been hugely positive," say the event organizers Turner Estate Solutions. "This is a testament not only to the organization of the event but as much to your support and participation."
Our crew was at the hotel venue for the whole day before the event putting our equipment in place and making sure that it would perform faultlessly on the night.
"It was a pleasure to support this amazing cause," says our Head of Company Development, Phil Haldane. "A number of our staff also attended the evening event and had a really great time."
Well over 150 people took part in the black-tie event. Guests were treated to a Champagne reception and a sumptuous four-course banquet. Music for the event was provided by Big Vern and the Shootas.
Help For Heroes is the charity that does exactly what it says on the tin. It spends every penny possible to provide grants that give practical, direct support to service men and women who have been injured in conflict. For more information on Help for Heroes go to www.helpforheroes.org.uk
