Our Open Day, on the 18th and 19th March, lived up to its billing as the biggest AV, sound, lighting and stage technology show in Scotland. The event saw over 40 exhibitors in attendance and hundreds of different products on display.

"It was a great success, our clients and exhibitors all loved it", says Phil Haldane, Head of Company Development. "We had a steady stream of visitors through the doors - everyone from school theatre groups to event managers and architects."

The event took place at our West Shore Trading Estate headquarters. It ran from 10am until 4.30pm on each day and gave visitors a chance to talk to manufacturers and get a hands-on look at a wide variety of cutting-edge products.

Among the companies that exhibited at the Open Day were: Coemar, Studio Due, Martin Professional, Canford, Doughty Engineering, Le Maitre, Robe, Shure Distribution, Green Hippo and Prolyte.

Our team of professionals were also on hand to give advice. Food and beverages were enjoyed by all and there was also the opportunity to pick up lots of free samples, brochures and other ‘freebies’. For exhibitors the event was an excellent opportunity to extend their business networks, to meet old clients and to generate new business.

Now an annual event, this show looks set to grow in size and popularity.
